Our automotive manufacturing facility in La Vergne, TN is expanding and hiring for multiple positions on 2nd Shift.
Current Openings
Weld Machine Operators - No experience required – we will train the right candidate!
Press Operators - No experience required – we will train the right candidate!
Die Setters - Experience Required - Starting pay d.o.e.
Our die setters are responsible for setting and changing large stamping dies. Due to the complexity and safety requirements of this position, previous die setting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
2nd Shift Schedule
Monday – Thursday, Friday as needed
4:20 PM – 2:50 AM
(Friday overtime as production requires)
What You'll Do
Depending on the position, you may:
- Operate automated weld or stamping equipment
- Load and unload parts
- Perform quality inspections
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team producing automotive components
What We're Looking ForWeld & Press Operators
- Reliable attendance
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Die Setters
- Previous die setting experience required
- Experience using overhead cranes and industrial equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work independently while supporting production
