Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with medication reminders
Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
Report any changes in client condition to supervisors or care coordinators
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
Ability to lift or assist clients as needed
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or hospice care
