JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to stabilize our daily prepress and proofing workload while supporting production throughput. This role absorbs repeatable, well-defined tasks and provides coverage during peak volume or absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
- Handle repeatable proofing and prepress tasks
- Process production tickets under established workflows
- Provide backup support to plate production as needed
- Document workflows, edge cases, and recurring issues
- Assist with testing and validation of workflow improvements
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Print production or prepress experience (flexo preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working within specifications
- Strong organizational skills
