About the Role
- Start as a 1099 Independent Contractor (first 90 days)

What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centered support for adults with developmental disabilities
- Assist with appointment coordination and independent living skills (budgeting, organization, communication, self-advocacy)
- Collaborate with families, Inland Regional Center (IRC), and community programs
- Help manage services like IHSS, SSI, Medi-Cal, and CalFresh
- Document progress and maintain compliance
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- U.S. citizen or legal resident with SSN
- 1–3+ years of experience in working with developmental disabilities preferred
- Background in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education or related fields
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certified
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- working with developmental disabilites: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish or any other language besides English (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's license (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Riverside County, CA
