Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex turn/mill machines.
- Utilize Mazatrol controls to produce complex machined components.
- Perform 5-axis turn/mill machining operations.
- Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet specification requirements.
- Edit and troubleshoot programs using G and M codes.
- Support prototype and limited-production machining projects.
- Optimize setups and machining processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of CNC machining experience.
- Experience with Mazatrol controls and Mazak Integrex machines required.
- 5-axis turn/mill machining experience required.
- Strong understanding of G and M codes.
- Ability to program, set up, and run CNC equipment independently.
- Experience with prototype and low-volume production machining.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and 3D CAD models.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T.
- Mastercam experience is a plus.
