Responsibilities
- Install custom closets, cabinetry, Murphy beds, and storage systems
- Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry including scribing, trim, crown molding, and fillers
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ensure every installation meets our high standards of quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience installing custom closets, cabinets, or finish carpentry
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Experience with crown molding, trim work, scribing, and hardware installation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Clean and valid New York State driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Clean, professional appearance
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent customer service skills
