Position Highlights
- Diverse practice setting:
- 70% Retail/LTC Pharmacy
- Support long-term care residents & nursing home units
- Build meaningful relationships w/ patients & caregivers
- 30% Hospital Pharmacy
- Provide pharmacy services for a Critical Access Hospital
- Collaborate w/ interdisciplinary care teams
- Average daily volume of 70–80 prescriptions
- Work directly w/ physicians, nurses, & providers to optimize medication therapy & improve patient outcomes
- Practice at the top of your license w/ strong clinical involvement
