Broken Bow Brewery is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join the kitchen team at ForkLift, our in-house kitchen.
This is an important part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently during busy service, keep the dish area clean and organized, and jump in to help the kitchen team when needed.
This is a part-time position, with hours based on availability and business needs. Additional shifts may become available during busy periods and as the operation grows.
What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Keep clean dishes and equipment organized and available during service
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized dish area
- Empty trash and recycling and maintain appropriate disposal areas
- Assist with kitchen cleaning throughout the shift
- Sweep and mop floors and help with end-of-night kitchen cleanup
- Follow proper sanitation and food-safety procedures
- Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks when needed
- Communicate with the kitchen team to keep service running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work quickly and stay organized during busy periods
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willing to take direction and help the team wherever needed
- Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of a commercial kitchen
- Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
Experience is welcome, but reliability and work ethic matter most. We’re willing to train someone who shows up ready to work and be part of the team.
Schedule
This is a part-time position.
Schedules will vary based on availability and business needs, with most opportunities occurring during afternoons, evenings and weekends. Additional hours may be available during particularly busy periods.

Broken Bow is an independent, family-owned brewery in Tuckahoe, NY. Our newly expanded brewery combines our taproom with ForkLift, a full-service kitchen built around approachable food that pairs well with our beer.
