Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with server coaching to ensure each beverage is accurately described and presented.
- Maintaining the presentation standards and quality of VV, for each and every drink.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information regarding all espresso beverages for both guest and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.
- Exceptional attention and care for the equipment you are required to operate and maintain.

Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant environments, especially in upscale restaurants
- Familiarity with POS systems like Toast for order processing and sales tracking
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
