General Manager – Hardee’s (Westar Foods, Inc.)
Salary: $48,000–$65,000 + Bonus Potential
Westar Foods, Inc. owns and operates 30+ Hardee’s locations across the Midwest. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and build high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and develop managers and crew
- Drive sales growth while controlling labor, food, and operating costs
- Manage scheduling to meet service and labor goals
- Ensure top performance in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Maintain strong guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Manage P&L performance and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Lead team meetings and foster a positive, accountable culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years recent experience as a General Manager in quick service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and drive results
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High standards for guest service and operational execution
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with computers, email, and basic reporting tools
