Sunny Skies ABA is a growing ABA therapy organization dedicated to supporting families and creating meaningful change for children with autism. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by connecting with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with pediatricians, schools, clinics, case managers, and community organizations.
- Generate new referrals through networking, cold outreach, events, and relationship-building within assigned regions.
- Clearly communicate our ABA services, intake process, and value to potential partners and families.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral sources to maximize ongoing opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies, territory planning, and market insights.
- Support contract discussions, ensure accurate information flow, and follow company guidelines.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing efforts and streamline the intake experience.
- Stay informed about ABA industry trends, insurance requirements, and local market dynamics.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, community outreach, provider relations, or healthcare business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage many contacts and follow-ups.
- Comfort with cold calling, direct outreach, and generating new leads independently.
- Understanding of ABA therapy or healthcare services a must.
