Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and customer interactions to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of manual transmission operation and repair techniques.
- Experience in commercial driving with valid driving credentials; familiarity with flatbed operations is a plus.
- Previous mechanic experience preferred, demonstrating hands-on skills in vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
