Job Overview:
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role. We are looking for a self motivated, competetive, and goal oriented sales professional who isn't afraid to create opportunities, build relationships, and actively pursue new business. Someone who is comfortable getting out into the community to generate leads and close deals.
The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, following up consistently, and pushing themselves to hit and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue new leads through cold-calling for custom construction and remodeling projects
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, business owners, and referral partners
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Meet with potential clients to discuss project needs
- Develop opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Track leads and maintain organized communication
- Work closely with team to turn opportunities into completed projects
- Meet and exceed sales goals
