Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing wholesale tire and axle repair operation and our expanding retail trailer sales center in Emmett, Idaho. This position is ideal for a well-rounded individual who enjoys working with people, has a mechanical background, and can help lead a small team while supporting daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing daily shop and sales operations
- Supervise and support a small team of employees
- Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers
- Learn and operate company software for invoicing and inventory management
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency Support trailer sales activities and customer inquiries Assist with scheduling, organization, and shop coordination
Qualifactions
- Mechanical knowledge or experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer aptitude and willingness to learn business management software
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
