Set up and operate CNC machines to consistently produce high-quality components.

Interpret technical drawings/blueprints to machine parts to exact specifications.

Monitor operations, making real-time adjustments to hold tolerance.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Inspect finished parts to confirm conformance and quality standards.

Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and drive throughput.

Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with company standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.

Hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist (or closely related role).

Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Solid understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and workholding.

Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.

Keen attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving skills.
