Mon-Wed 10am-8pm
Thursday-Friday 10am- 12am
Saturday and Sunday 10am-8pm
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the Houston 77065 area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering quality patient care while promoting comfort, safety, and independence in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient status and report any changes.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the patient.
Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Private duty or home health experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
