We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations of programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote program visibility and engagement.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure responsible financial management of program resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities, staff performance, and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management, preferably within the social services or behavioral health sectors.
- Strong background in program development and management, with a focus on serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with clients, families, and community partners.
- Administrative experience that includes budgeting and financial oversight.
- Supervising experience that demonstrates effective leadership abilities.
- A degree in social work or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
