Responsibilities
- Answer telephones in a professional and efficient manner and address callers according to situational need
- Assist the doctor in performing intake assessments by listening to patients' concerns and collecting medical records and documentation
- Have six arms and six legs and be able to multi-task in all areas of patient scheduling and treatment
- Record patient data and keep detailed records of every patient encounter
- Receive doctor's recommendations for therapeutic treatment and be able to administer therapies as ordered and trained
- Maintain a professional and progressive work environment and treat patient conditions with compassion and discretion
Qualifications
- Our ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment, CNA preferred
- Prior experience working in a chiropractic setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build relationships with patients and co-workers
- Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle a large patient load
- Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life
- Must be able to think critically and follow instructions about how best to help patients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Be motivated to work toward goals designed to promote growth and expansion of the practice
- Must be in good physical condition and have the dexterity and strength to administer therapy to multiple patients simultaneously
