Title Position Reports To: General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests while providing exemplary service.
Be polite and cordial to all guests by using key words of over-the-top service.
Responsible for emphasis on customer service with 100% customer satisfaction to
include:
Awareness and focus on greeting and seating customers entering the restaurant when
there is no host on duty, while maintaining the integrity of the seating rotation schedule.
Practice teamwork principles.
Maintain professional image at all times with all co-workers.
Minimum interaction with Host while on duty.
Obtain 100% menu knowledge.
Run hot food immediately.
Alert any unsatisfied guests or problems to management at all times.
Practice suggestive selling techniques and reach required net sales requirement.
Complete daily side work duties, weekly cleaning duties, and running duties during shift
(e.g., ice, coffee, silverware, etc.).
Properly set up wait line, complete necessary stocking.
Date, rotate, and consolidate product.
Keep wait line area and shelves organized and clean.
Use the computer POS System with speed and accuracy.
Follow all safety practices and sanitation procedures – 100% Health Inspection ready.
Maintain good personal hygiene and clean uniform with proper slip-resistant shoes.
Assist with working/covering shifts when needed.
Assist with checking, bagging, and labeling to-go orders as needed.
Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Work is normally performed in a restaurant setting.
Some travel within the city may be required.
A great deal of physical effort is required, including heavy lifting, bending, standing, and
walking for long periods of time.
Exposure to heat or cold and some chemical exposure.
Use of ladders and cleaning equipment.
