We're a small, close-knit dental office looking for an experienced chairside dental assistant to join our team. This role starts at 20–30 hours per week and transitions to a full-time position in October — a great fit if you're looking to ease in and then commit long-term.
What you'll do
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
- Patient intake and chart prep
- Instrument sterilization and operatory turnover
- Support the flow of the day wherever the team needs you
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish — many of our patients are Spanish-speaking
- Friendly, upbeat, and dependable
- Willing to work hard and learn, with a good attitude on busy days
- Cross-trained in front desk? Even better — we'll pay more for it
Schedule
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Hours vary by day; we'll finalize your schedule together.
Pay
Competitive and based on experience. Higher pay for assistants cross-trained in front desk duties.
