Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air & Ocean Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of international air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring seamless transportation management and compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management, freight forwarding logistics, and client relationship management. Duties
- Plan and track daily air export, ocean import, and OTR shipments.
- Monitor containers, rail, and air cargo for on-time movement and resolve delays or exceptions.
- Coordinate with ports, terminals, airports, customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage transload warehouse capacity, KPIs, dwell time, and operational issues.
- Schedule and dispatch TL outbound loads using TMS and optimize routes/consolidation.
- Manage shipment documentation, claims, POD/IOD, and compliance requirements.
- Use SAP/TMS/WMS and advanced Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Work in a fast-paced global operation with weekend coverage as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred/required.
- 6+ years of logistics experience.
- Strong international Air/Ocean/OTR freight forwarding experience, transload and TL dispatch experience, and knowledge of customs/international freight regulations.
Shift Timings: 8:30AM - 5:30 PM
Scheduled Days :- Monday - Friday
Weekly schedule: 40 hours

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
