Baltic Beauty Centre is seeking a polished, upbeat, and service-driven Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a client-facing front desk role in a luxury medical spa and salon environment, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, keeping a busy schedule organized, and helping create engaging social media content that reflects the Baltic brand.
We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, highly organized, comfortable with client communication, and confident managing both front desk operations and social media support.
Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance, reliability, and role development through 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide a high level of customer service from check-in through check-out
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while maximizing provider availability
- Assist with front desk operations, including client intake, appointment changes, and follow-up communication
- Notify management of cancellations, schedule changes, and client concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean, polished, and organized reception area at all times
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks, including routing calls, maintaining logs, and handling mail
- Assist in creating a welcoming luxury med spa experience for all guests
- Capture basic photo and video content for social media
- Assist with creating social media posts, stories, and light content using Canva or similar tools
- Support promotion of services, events, and specials through in-office communication and social media content
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of front desk, receptionist, guest services, or customer service experience
- Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, salon, wellness, hospitality, or other client-facing service environment is strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort using scheduling software, email, and programs such as Word, Excel, Canva, and similar platforms
- Comfortable taking photos/videos and assisting with social media content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished customer-facing presence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Comfortable answering phones, handling scheduling, and speaking confidently with clients about services
- Positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English; Spanish, Russian, or Polish is a plus
- High school diploma required
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Saturday availability is required
- Additional weekday shifts based on schedule and business needs
