Under the leadership of Executive Chef Rick Farb and our culinary management team, candidates will gain valuable experience working with elevated cuisine, banquet events, seasonal menus, and high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced but team-oriented atmosphere.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Work efficiently on the line during lunch, dinner, and event service
- Assist with prep, station setup, and maintaining organized work areas
- Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures
- Support banquet events, weddings, member functions, and holiday programming
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure exceptional dining experiences
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season
