CIMXag Insurance serves growers nationwide. This is a remote opportunity, and qualified candidates across the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Agents will work primarily from their home territory and travel as needed for grower meetings, industry events, and occasional company meetings.
CIMXag is growing and looking for motivated professionals who want to build or expand a successful career in crop insurance.
We are open to both growth-minded candidates with experience in agriculture or a related industry and seasoned crop insurance agents with established industry relationships or an existing client base. Whether you are ready to build new client relationships or looking for greater support to continue growing, CIMXag provides the resources and team needed to succeed.
The role is primarily home-based and includes field visits, client meetings, travel within an assigned territory, and in-person collaboration as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with growers
- Develop new business and expand existing client relationships
- Explain crop insurance programs and coverage options
- Assist with applications, renewals, reporting, and policy deadlines
- Work closely with CIMXag’s dedicated processing team
- Represent CIMXag at meetings and agricultural events
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business
- Interest in agriculture, crop insurance, and helping growers manage risk
- Experience in insurance, agribusiness, agricultural lending, finance, farm services, or a related field is a plus
- Crop insurance experience, industry relationships, or an established client base are highly valued
- Insurance licensing or the ability to obtain required licensing
