AcroBlue Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support automotive production and launch projects for a leading manufacturing client in the Toledo area.

What You'll Do
As a Project Assistant, you'll provide administrative and operational support to project teams while ensuring documentation, inventory records, and customer requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Coordinators with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Create, organize, and maintain project documentation, trackers, templates, and shared files.
- Maintain accurate inventory, material status, and traceability records.
- Prepare and verify labels, packing lists, shipping documents, and customer documentation.
- Enter and update project information using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
- Prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Follow up on deadlines, missing documentation, and outstanding action items.
- Assist with coordinating materials, prototypes, samples, and shipments.
- Support project reporting, KPI tracking, and customer submissions.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Help improve administrative processes, trackers, and filing systems.
- Perform additional project support duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Associate degree or additional education in Business, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- Experience maintaining inventory, traceability, shipping documentation, or customer records.
Work Environment
- On-site position in Toledo, Ohio.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Overtime available based on business needs.
- Occasional travel to customer, supplier, warehouse, or company locations may be required.
- Combination of office work and occasional production or shipping floor support.
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
