Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks following company recipes
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Assist in the preparation of food items such as pastries and sandwiches
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing
- Upsell products and promote specials to customers
Requirements:
- Experience in the food industry or food service preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drinks
- Proficiency in POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling accuracy
- Understanding of food handling safety guidelines
