Academic Leadership & Mentorship: Drive clinical excellence by teaching and mentoring within a premier, ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program at a pivotal expansion phase—growing from 19 to 39 residents by 2027.

Team Structure: Join a dedicated team of 7 Core Faculty Physicians within a robust clinical campus serving two medical schools.

Clinical Excellence: Optimize patient outcomes through high-complexity perioperative care and geriatric consults within a specialized Resident-Faculty Practice (RFP).

Integrated Care Delivery: Enhance patient access through a large, multi-specialty medical group supported by the national resources of the largest U.S. Catholic health system.

Practice Setting: Outpatient / Academic

Compliance & Professionalism: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and eligible for Indiana state medical licensure (practicing in a recognized tort-reform state).

Advanced Trauma Care: Serving as the region’s Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, providing essential high-acuity services to the tri-state area.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Additional Preferences:
- Academic Passion: A primary interest in teaching is required, as this role is dedicated to resident education.

Geriatric Expertise: Candidates with Family Medicine training will only be considered if they possess a geriatric specialty, certification, or extensive experience.
