The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operations and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. The Executive Housekeeper will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and employee satisfaction. The position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills and the ability to effectively deal with other members of the management team, guests and employees.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will
Provide excellent service to anticipate our guest’s needs and exceed their expectations by leading the housekeeping team. Create an environment that’s safe and engaging, where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Lead a diverse team by modeling the way, by empowering, and coaching throughout the employment life cycle.
Maintain brand cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas and inspect them to ensure that standards are met
Essential Job Functions
- Trains staff in all aspects of housekeeping
- Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests
- Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures
- Ensures employees know policies, pay procedures
- Use ongoing safety training to minimize workers’ saftey incidents
- Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management
- Buys and orders cleaning supplies, linens, and chemicals at the best prices with approval from supervisor
- Maintains inventory of supplies and ensures staff follows proper inventory/cost control procedures
- Recognizes and corrects conditions which may create security, fire, or accident hazard
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of previous experience housekeeping management/ supervisory experience
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Leadership skills to build and retain a great team that delivers excellent customer service
- Ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work independently
- Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
