Uplift 100 Adult Day Center!! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care to individuals with early to late stage dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as toileting needs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; report any abnormalities to nursing.
- Support patients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory care, or behavioral conditions.
- Document patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Assist and/or Carry out activities for members at the center
Experience
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care is plus
- Experience with specialized areas such as Alzheimer’s/dementia care, behavioral health.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or other relevant certifications required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices essential for delivering safe patient care.
- Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
