Responsibilities
- Assist customers in English and a second language, providing exceptional service and clear product information about T-Mobile devices, plans, accessories, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative selling, recommending wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals for phones, accessories, rate plans, and additional services.
- Promote T-Mobile products and services by building relationships within the community, generating referrals, and supporting local outreach efforts.
- Process transactions accurately, including new activations, upgrades, bill payments, and accessory purchases.
- Maintain customer records and complete sales administration tasks using retail systems and CRM tools.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate with team members and store leadership to maintain a high-energy sales environment and support store operations.
- Stay up to date on T-Mobile promotions, pricing, and product launches to confidently educate customers and maximize sales opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service with a strong record of meeting or exceeding goals preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently assist customers in English and a second language.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach and the ability to recommend the best solution for each customer.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment while staying professional, organized, and results-driven.
- Experience using point-of-sale systems, CRM platforms, or other retail tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of wireless products, mobile technology, or carrier services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
