Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help produce high-quality products while operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
- Stage raw materials and move finished products to designated storage areas.
- Safely handle materials while following established handling procedures.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support production goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Use hand and power tools as needed.
- Cross-train on multiple workstations to support production needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance, including the ability to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods while wearing required safety equipment.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently lift 50–75 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with proper equipment or assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, gripping, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment performing repetitive tasks.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
