LOCATION:
The main offices are in Randolph and Braintree, Massachusetts, with satellite locations in various states. Administrative staff may be assigned to work at any of our office sites within the regions we serve, depending on position availability, and travel may be required as part of the role.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Registration and Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily financial and administrative operations related to client accounts and the full admission and enrollment process. This role ensures accurate billing, payment processing, and authorization management in alignment with company, payer, and state requirements.
The Coordinator initiates, monitors, and maintains all billing authorizations, manages funding streams, and supports staff productivity related to program finances. Responsibilities include facilitating payment processes, managing systems that generate referrals and authorizations, coordinating the posting of funds to client accounts in accordance with company cash and check handling policies, and overseeing accounting procedures and general ledger entries associated with operational and financial processes.
This position also oversees referrals and services conducted for payment, ensures appropriate accounting practices, and manages the use of accounting and billing web-based applications related to accounts payable and receivable. Additional responsibilities include monitoring service utilization in accordance with contract and procedure codes, overseeing contract management and productivity initiatives, and supporting financial performance reviews against company benchmarks. The Coordinator also participates in expenditure monitoring, funding reallocations, budget and program reviews, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
The role includes direct supervision of administrative staff within the Registration and Enrollment Department and oversight of direct care staff scheduling, client assignments, and compensation tracking. The position requires collaboration with the finance department and program managers to ensure compliance with all financial, contractual, and service delivery requirements.
