Precision Spine Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our growing clinical research team in Tyler, Texas. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical research studies, including patient recruitment, informed consent, protocol compliance, study visit management, regulatory documentation, and sponsor communications.
The ideal candidate is a licensed or certified healthcare professional with clinical research experience who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about advancing patient care through research.
- Recruit and screen study participants according to protocol requirements.

Educate and consent patients, answering questions regarding study participation.

Coordinate study visits, procedures, follow-up appointments, and patient communications.

Collaborate closely with investigators, physicians, sponsors, monitors, and hospital staff.

Maintain accurate study documentation, regulatory records, and EMR entries.

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IRB requirements, HIPAA, and study protocols.

Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor inspections.

Assist with study-related billing, invoicing, and pharmacy coordination.

Participate in protocol training and occasional sponsor meetings.
- Licensed or certified healthcare professional (LVN, LPN, CMA, or equivalent).

Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience required.

Current CPR certification.

Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research processes.

Experience with electronic medical records; NextGen experience preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
