Saguaro Alliance is seeking a Customer Enrollment Associate to represent the brand that works: Quantum Fiber. In this Customer Enrollment Associate role, you’ll provide our customers with all things high-speed. You’ll spend your day out and about, using a sales approach to spare our customers the misery of routers that need to be hammered into working.
As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll receive sales training that makes you an expert who can get straight to what matters: faster internet. You’ll diagnose their setup, tell them straight if it's garbage, and match them to a Quantum Fiber plan that won't be. The Customer Enrollment Associate simplifies the tech talk, offers internet that performs, and follows up to prove it.
Role Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Work directly with customers to evaluate their internet usage and recommend Quantum Fiber plans that provide exceptional speed and value.
- Provide enrollment explanations of Quantum Fiber benefits, empowering customers to make informed choices for their internet.
- Support sales enrollment efforts by identifying upgrade opportunities and guiding customers toward premium Quantum Fiber speed tiers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by offering sales solutions and ensuring a smooth decision-making process for Quantum Fiber services.
- Inspire customers by sharing how Quantum Fiber can positively transform their daily online experience.
- Play an active role in growing sales by helping customers confidently commit to the best Quantum Fiber plan for their current needs.
