Indiana Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IN-BCCP) Data Coordinator
Purpose of position/ Summary:
Support the Indiana Breast and Cervical Cancer Program and Option 3 to successfully submit Minimum Data Elements (MDE), maintain positive provider relationships and support regional coordinator efforts to obtain and submit corrective data. This position shall maintain provider agreements and forms associated with the program. Position shall add, reset, clean, and maintain provider information and user access in the IN-BCCP. Position shall run queries of BCCP data as requested by the director, data manager and regional coordinators. This position will support regional data entry efforts as requested and as needed. Position will create BCCP infographics and educational materials and engage in public education and supports as needed. Position will support IN-BCCP clerical and administrative duties such as, but not limited to, recording of standard operating procedures, support grants development, finalizing forms and educational materials as well as other duties as requested. Position will support the collection and submission of cancer KPI information.

Essential duties/ Responsibilities:
· Support the provider drive and provider relations and recruitment across the state
· Manage provider access and contract/site information
· Run monthly and biweekly reports as requested by BCCP staff
· Collect and report KPIs from the cancer section as requested by IDOH
· Support electronic submission of claims to the IN-BCCP program as requested
· Provide administrative support for SOP development, grants making, forms coordination, coordination with OPA on forms and educational materials
· Other duties as requested to maximize BCCP efforts such as meeting minutes, organization tasks and general office support
Job requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or more in public health, data analysis or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and data skills needed for successful performance.
· Experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Supervisory responsibilities:
· No supervision of other staff.
Personal work relationships:
· Works closely with multiple state and contracted staff, internal agency partners, and external partners and health care providers.
Physical effort:
· Standard office work
Working conditions:
· Work is performed in a standard office environment. There may be occasional travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $29.50 per hour
