We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive psychological services to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and individual psychological testing for diverse client populations.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and autism spectrum disorder support strategies.
- Deliver mental health counseling through individual, group, and family therapy sessions across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction with active state registration or certification.
- Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities such as autism or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Proven expertise in child & family counseling, behavioral health interventions, and crisis management.
- Strong background in conducting mental health assessments, psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures.
- Experience working within hospital settings or outpatient clinics; telehealth experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health strategies, and psychotherapy techniques.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems and adherence to HIPAA standards for patient privacy.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration with healthcare providers; experience working with trauma-related disorders is advantageous.
