Operations Manager – Commercial Building Maintenance

In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple customer locations, providing guidance and support to supervisors and operations staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing others, maintaining high operational standards, and building lasting relationships with both employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor operational teams across multiple locations
- Support staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage labor budgets, operating costs, and financial performance
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive continuous improvement and support business growth initiatives
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five or more years of operations leadership experience in facilities, janitorial, environmental services, or a similar industry
- Experience managing multiple sites and supervising teams
- Strong financial, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; industry software experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
Pay: $87,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
