- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, aerators, and irrigation systems.
- Monitor turf health and apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers as needed following safety guidelines.
- Assist with irrigation system management and repair to ensure proper watering schedules.
- Identify and address turf diseases, pest infestations, and other issues affecting course quality.
- Maintain landscaping elements including trees, shrubs, flower beds, and pathways.
- Collaborate with the golf course superintendent and other team members to implement maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience as a Golf Course Groundskeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance equipment.
- Ability to identify and treat turf diseases and pests.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
