TeamOne Logistics in partnership with Greene Worldwide Transportation is a trusted provider of luxury and group transportation, known for exceptional service and safety. We are currently hiring a Safety and Driver Manager to lead, support, and ensure compliance among our CDL B drivers with passenger endorsement. This position is in Atlanta, GA.
This is a key position that requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL driver management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and manage a team of CDL B drivers; ensure clear communication and accountability
- Create and maintain daily driver schedules to meet service demands and optimize coverage
- Monitor and enforce adherence to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and internal company policies
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for new drivers
- Track and evaluate driver performance; provide coaching and corrective action when needed
- Maintain up-to-date records for licensing, medical cards, certifications, and compliance audits
- Monitor Safe Driving Habits thru GPS programs
- Work closely with dispatch, HR, and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience or more working directly with CDL drivers and DOT compliance
- Strong understanding of FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with computers, including scheduling software, spreadsheets, and compliance systems
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management is a must for this position.
- CDL B with passenger endorsement a plus (not required)
