Position Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task while managing a high-volume business.
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment with strong skills in day-to-day operations.
- Must have the enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills for both internal and external guests.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
- Must be a team leader and enjoy mentoring people.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily spa activities, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility standards to ensure smooth, brand-compliant operations.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce policies; hold performance check-ins; foster a positive workplace culture.
Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, monitor feedback, and implement improvements.
Sales & Performance: Drive memberships, retail sales, and promotions; track metrics; identify revenue growth opportunities.
Administration: Manage payroll, labor, reporting, compliance, and coordinate with ownership on business priorities.
Qualifications
- ·6+ years of management experience (spa, retail, hospitality, or fitness preferred)
- Experience leading and motivating teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable holding staff accountable
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
