This role supports a retail technology deployment initiative in
Massachusetts, USA and requires a strong customer-facing technical lead who can represent Compugen professionally onsite.
The opportunity is for a Field Technician Lead who will oversee retail technology deployment projects, coordinate installation teams, and serve as the primary onsite representative for Compugen. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise, project ownership, customer engagement, and team leadership.
Location & Travel Requirements
- Extensive travel throughout Massachusetts.

Must be willing to travel by air to other states when required.

Regular overnight shifts are expected.

Variable schedules based on deployment timelines.
- 5+ years of experience in low-voltage, structured cabling, network infrastructure, POS, CCTV, or retail technology deployments.

Previous experience leading installation crews or functioning as a lead technician.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

A+ Certification.

Experience with network hardware installation and troubleshooting.

Experience with POS, CCTV, AV, and retail technology deployments.
