We run both on‑site and off‑site sales and pride ourselves on organized operations, strong customer service, and effective marketing. We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, organized individual to support both marketing and auction operations.
Requirements
- Strong overall computer experience (web platforms, spreadsheets, basic design tools)
- Marketing experience
- Ability to learn auction software platforms
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Auction Operations
- Assist with check‑in/out and clerking
- Manage Excel auction spreadsheets
- Schedule auction‑day services
- Create and maintain auctions on multiple websites
- Prepare auction trailer for off‑site auctions
Marketing
- Build and maintain a marketing schedule
- Coordinate and design print ads
- Create and manage online ads and events (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Maintain marketing binder with contacts and deadlines
General Office Duties
- Data entry
- Verify invoices
- Maintain company website
- Track auction expenses
- Update forms
- Assist with monthly statements
- Help manage mailing lists
- Other duties as assigned
