About the Role
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. As a Production Team Member, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing operation — building quality products while growing your skills every single day. No prior factory experience is required; we will train you from the ground up.
This position is built on the principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS), a world-renowned approach to manufacturing that eliminates waste, continuously improves processes, and — most importantly — develops people. You won't just run a machine here; you'll understand why your work matters and how to make it better.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operate production equipment and assembly line stations safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on parts and assemblies to meet established standards
- Follow standardized work instructions and contribute to their improvement
- Identify and report defects, abnormalities, or safety hazards immediately (Jidoka)
- Participate in daily team meetings (huddles) to review production goals and problems
- Support 5S workplace organization — Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Contribute ideas and participate in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets (Takt Time)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Complete required training and certification programs on schedule
The Toyota Production System — Our Way of Working
We don't just manufacture products — we build people. Every team member at our facility is empowered through the core pillars of TPS:
TPS Principle
What It Means for You
Kaizen
Continuous improvement is everyone's job. Your ideas are actively sought and implemented.
Jidoka
Build quality in at the source. Every team member has the authority to stop the line if quality is at risk.
Just-In-Time
We produce only what is needed, when it is needed — reducing waste and increasing value.
Standard Work
Clear, documented best practices form the baseline — and the starting point for improvement.
Respect for People
We invest in your development, value your insights, and build your career for the long term.
Training & Career Development
Your growth is our priority. From day one, you will be enrolled in a structured development program designed to build both your technical skills and your understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
What to Expect
- Paid on-the-job training from Day 1 — no prior experience needed
- Multi-station cross-training to build flexibility and career options
- TPS / Lean Manufacturing certification program (company-paid)
- Regular performance conversations focused on growth, not just evaluation
Your Career Path
- Production Team Member (Entry Level) — Start here, build your foundation
- Senior Team Member — Demonstrated mastery of multiple stations and standard work
- Team Leader — Lead a small production cell; coach others and drive Kaizen
- Group Leader / Supervisor — Oversee multiple teams and production systems
- Advanced paths in Quality, Maintenance, Engineering Support, and more
