Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)

Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
-
Support client mobility and safety needs
-
Perform ROM and mobility exercises per care plan
-
Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse case manager
Requirements
- Active Indiana HHA license or CNA with relevant home care experience

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or home health experience

Current CPR certification
-
Physical exam and negative TB test (within the past 12 months)

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical job demands

Clear drug screen and background check
-
Strong communication skills and commitment to HIPAA compliance
