We are hiring for an August 10th start date!
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Bartender to join our collaborative group dedicated to crafting memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. This hybrid role blends craft beverage preparation- including cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks- with outstanding table and counter service. You’ll serve a wide range of beverages- from espresso and herbal teas to local wines and seasonal cocktails- while delivering warm, knowledgeable, and polished service.
The ideal candidate has strong bartending skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is open to learning new techniques – barista or bartender - if not already experienced.
Role Qualifications:
- Prefer a 2-year minimum of bartending experience, with strong cocktail preparation skills.
- Barista experience is a plus but not required—ideal candidates have general coffee or tea knowledge or a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, guest-focused communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Must be physically able to:
- Stand for long periods
- Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability preferred- may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
