We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at The Flats at Fox Hill apartment community in Monroeville.
Located at: 1120 Fox Hill Dr. Monroeville, PA 15146
The maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors.
Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and “on call” for emergencies. (This will be on a rotating basis)

The ideal candidate would be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- Basic Plumbing
- HVAC experience (preferred)
- Drywall
- Painting
Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, willing to learn new skills.
Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience.
