Front of House Team Member
Sugar’s Hot Pizza is looking for friendly, hardworking people to join our team.
We’re a fast-paced pizza shop in the Seaport serving slices, whole pies, sandwiches, soft serve, and good vibes. Whether you’re greeting guests, taking orders, running food, or helping keep the shop clean and organized, you’ll play a big part in creating a great experience for every customer who walks through the door.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, genuine hospitality
- Take orders and process payments using our Square POS system
- Help garnish and package orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep the dining room, service areas, and workstations clean and organized
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is delivered quickly and correctly
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations when appropriate
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
