Pay Range: $22-25/hr Immediate opening for FT Maintenance Technician with minimum 2 years' experience who will be responsible for maintaining multifamily complex. Compensation based on experience.
The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management:

minor or routine maintenance or repair

rehab turnovers
-
electrical and plumbing
-
HVAC systems
-
appliances
-
minor carpentry
-
painting
-
flooring
-
move heavy appliances/equipment
-
snow removal
-
after hour on call rotating
-
2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set
-
EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid Driver's License
-
Pass Criminal Background
-
Reliable Transportation
-
Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm., MF. Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required.
