Communicate consistently with parents and guardians regarding progress, challenges, and achievements
Maintain accurate records of assessments, IEP goals, accommodations, and progress reports
Adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning styles while ensuring compliance with special education laws and policies
Proficiency in classroom and behavior management techniques for students with behavioral challenges
Expertise in curriculum development across literacy, math, early childhood education, and recreational therapy
Familiarity with educational technology to support individualized learning plans
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and family engagement
Ability to design lesson plans using instructional design best practices for diverse learners
Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and educational compliance requirements
Experience in early intervention or toddler care is a plus
