Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quinceañera Dress Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, enjoys working with families, and thrives in a fast-paced, celebratory environment. You will play an important role in helping clients find the perfect gown for one of the most special moments of their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist quinceañeras and their families in selecting gowns and accessories
- Provide personalized styling advice based on body type, theme, and preferences
- Conduct dress appointments and maintain a positive, memorable experience
- Take accurate measurements for orders and alterations
- Maintain showroom organization and visual presentation
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, fittings, and pickup dates
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or bridal/formalwear experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment (if applicable)
